Do you charge for estimates?
No. Walkthroughs and written estimates are free. You get a clear scope and price before any work is scheduled.
What areas do you serve?
Metro Detroit and the surrounding communities, including Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties. If you are just outside that area, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ExquisiteHaus is fully licensed and insured, and certified by the SBA as a service disabled veteran owned small business.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one business day. For anything urgent, calling 586-224-2002 is the fastest route.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. New builds, additions and basement finishing all require them. We handle the filing and the inspections and build to local code.
What kind of work do you take on?
